All-day concept, Jesse House will enable people to combine working, working out and high-end childcare, all under the same roof

The opening follows an emerging trend for health and fitness to be combined with workspace and childcare
Lifestyle work and wellness concept, Jesse’s House has told HCM it's gearing up to open in spring 2024. This is the second site from Little Houses Group (LHG) in West London.

The brainchild of Charlie Gardiner, founder of hospitality business, Incipio Group, LHG has received funding from Imbiba, a UK-based leisure, lifestyle and entertainment investor.

Following the formula of the first location, Jaego’s House in Kensal Rise, Jesse's House will be a combined offering for remote working parents which delivers workspace, childcare, education, relaxation and wellbeing under one roof.

Described as unpretentious and fun, the aim of Jesse’s House is to give home-working parents the space to work and exercise, while their children are well taken care of.

For before, during or after work there are also spaces to eat and hang out providing social interaction in our increasingly digital culture.

For adults there will be a gym and a studio offering a range of group exercise classes including dance, cardio and strength and programming from iconic London operators.

The company has previously worked with Boom Cycle, Triyoga, Barrecorre and Pilates by Absolute Studios, however, programming for Jesse's House has not yet been confirmed.

For children, Jesse’s House will offer a kids’ cinema, soft play area, jungle gym and an outdoor play area, as well as an Ofsted-registered nursery with an early years curriculum.

The club will also have a pool and water-based wellness offerings from Myrtha Pools and Barr + Wray, who are partnering to deliver stainless steel tanks which have a 45 per cent lower carbon footprint than traditional construction methods that use tile and concrete, while also delivering cost savings.

HCM editor, Liz Terry, said "Developments such as those being brought to market by Little Houses Group show how the pandemic has changed lives and today there are many people working from home who need support with access to better work/life facilities such as this, where they can get down to work in a fit-for-purpose space, knowing their children are being well looked after and where the whole family also has easy access to exercise during the day.

"This need is not confined to the wealthy and we expect health and fitness operators across the sector, from the high-end to the budget sector to increasingly recognise the power of this kind of model to support people in leading a healthy and productive life in a place where they can also enjoy the hustle and bustle of a community, social contact and healthy food."

Head of property at Little Houses Group, Rosie Moss, says Jesse’s House will be an environment offering numerous health, wellbeing and relaxation benefits in one central space. “We're looking forward to welcoming the general public with a facility which will make a difference to people’s lives through education, support and enjoyment.”
